Leavell Resources Corporation et al., (Leavell) appeal the district court's ruling which canceled Leavell's oil or gas lease for nonproduction, finding that certain leasehold personal property reverted to the owners of the mineral interest, John Eichman, and other Eichman family members, and granting a money judgment to Eichman for revenues from oil sold by Leavell from the lease. In 1975, the Eichman family executed an oil or gas lease to Marshall Denny covering a tract of land in Graham County, Kansas.
